AgentOps Global Pvt Ltd operates AI Agent Certify. Our contact address is D6, Vasantkunj, New Delhi-70, Delhi, India. Use the contact form for business enquiries or privacy requests; our team handles these requests personally.

We collect the work email and company name you provide, together with optional role, industry, planned agent count, main concern, message and phone number including country code. Please avoid sending confidential or sensitive information.

We use these details to respond, understand your requirements and manage the sales conversation. A submission identifier helps prevent duplicate enquiries when a request is retried.

Cloudflare hosts this website and provides Turnstile verification to help prevent automated form abuse. The verification service processes browser and request information and supplies a short-lived token that our server checks before accepting a new enquiry. Verification is separate from optional analytics.

Cloudflare D1 stores accepted enquiries. We also record the request’s user agent, country metadata, collection date, expiry date and notification delivery status. Our enquiry record does not store a raw IP address. Cloudflare may process network information while providing hosting and verification.

Resend processes an internal email notification containing enquiry details for the AI Agent Certify team. The database remains the primary enquiry record if email delivery fails. We do not automatically send an acknowledgement email to applicants.

We record the landing page, submission page, referrer origin and path, and these campaign fields when present: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term. Other query values and URL fragments are excluded from this context. Session storage keeps this context as you navigate during a visit. We do not use fingerprinting.

Session storage also keeps a pending submission identifier for retries; it does not hold the enquiry’s email, phone or message.

Optional website analytics is currently disabled. We do not load Google Analytics or send it page views, form events or consent pings.

The analytics preference controls remain available, but accepting optional analytics does not enable collection while this site-wide setting is disabled. Your preference may be saved locally.

Demo and sales enquiries expire 12 calendar months after collection, unless an active commercial relationship or a legal requirement requires continued retention. Approved exceptions are reviewed separately. Expired records are eligible for scheduled deletion.

Enquiry copies in notification mailboxes, service logs and backups may follow separate service and operational retention arrangements. Privacy requests can cover those copies as well as the primary enquiry record.

Select your request in the message; no demo purchase is required. Include enough context for us to identify the enquiry, without sending unnecessary sensitive information. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
